Please read the message below from PTA regarding details about The Giving Market:

Hi Classroom Parents!

Hopefully you have heard about the upcoming brand-new holiday shop experience coming to our school – The Giving Market! We are only a few days away from this unique experience for your student and I wanted to make sure you were aware of some of the resources that are coming home.

Your child should have a Student Giving Guide and a Giving Envelope. These all are for the Giving Market experience kicking off onTuesday, December 10th . Be sure to review the Giving Guide and talk to your student about who they could get gifts for when our class visits the holiday shop!

Our Holiday Shop Hours are 7:15am – 8:15am. Third Graders will have the opportunity to shop on Tuesday 12/10, Fourth Graders on Wednesday 12/11, and Fifth Graders on Thursday 12/12. Last call for all students will be Friday 12/13!

Together with your child, decide on some amazing items for them to purchase for others. They can write down their “gift list” on the back of their Giving Envelope. Make sure to send any cash or check back in your student’s Giving Envelope the day their class visits the Giving Market.

Don’t want to send in cash? Visit http://www.givingmarket.com and click “Purchase Store Credit” to securely pay for store credit to be used when your student visits the Giving Market. Think of it as a e-gift card just for the Giving Market. If you purchase store credit please make sure your student knows and it may be helpful to send in a note with your student 😊

There are plenty of resources online as well and our school wants you and your family to know as much as possible about how the Giving Market isn’t just a fun holiday experience for our class.

Let the giving season begin!
